.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave in the E Caribbean will move across 
Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands today supporting moderate to
fresh winds in the Caribbean regional waters through early Sun
when the wave will move to the central Caribbean. Fresh winds
will resume and extend to the Atlantic regional waters Mon night
and continue through mid-week as another tropical wave approach
the Lesser Antilles. Shower and thunderstorm activity are
expected across the regional waters through tonight as the 
tropical wave continue to move westward.
