.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Cindy will move well to the northeast
of the Leeward Islands through Sun, and will stay far enough away
to have little impact on the regional marine weather. Winds and
seas will diminish slightly through the early part of the week.
Looking ahead, fresh trade winds and building seas are possible
over the Atlantic waters by mid week as high pressure builds
north of the area.
