.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Bret is near 13.7N 56.6W 996 mb at
5 AM EDT, moving W at 13 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 60 kt
with gusts 75 kt. Bret will move to 13.9N 58.8W this afternoon,
14.1N 61.8W Fri morning, 14.3N 65.2W Fri afternoon, 14.4N 68.7W
Sat morning, 14.6N 72.2W Sat afternoon, and dissipate Sun
morning. The remnant trough will continue westward to the
western Caribbean into early next week accompanied by fresh east
to southeast winds. Farther east, newly formed Tropical
Depression Four is near 10.9N 41.1W 1007 mb at 5 AM EDT moving W
at 10 kt. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt gusts 40 kt. Four will
strengthen to a tropical storm near 11.3N 42.8W this afternoon,
move to 12.0N 45.2W Fri morning, 13.1N 47.6W Fri afternoon,
14.5N 50.2W Sat morning, 16.0N 52.7W Sat afternoon, and 17.6N
55.5W Sun morning, before continuing well to the northeast of
the Leeward Islands through Mon.
