.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over the central Atlantic will 
build westward through the end of the week. This pattern will 
maintain moderate to fresh east to southeast trade winds across 
the local area through Tue, becoming mostly moderate by Tue night
through most of the week. Meanwhile, fresh winds will persist 
across the Caribbean waters. Seas will be slight to moderate 
through the week.
