.SYNOPSIS...1019 mb high pressure is centered near 21N56W today,
and will move NW, and build an associated ridge westward through
Fri, then drift NE and strengthen across the central Atlantic 
through Sat. This will increase E-SE to SE winds across the area 
waters through Fri. A return to a more typical easterly trade 
wind regime is expected Sun night and Mon.
