.SYNOPSIS...Elongated low pres well NW of the area combined with
central Atlantic high pres will help to maintain gentle to 
moderate SE winds through the end of the week and into the 
upcoming weekend. Moderate E swell will dominate the Atlantic 
waters through the next several days. Showers and thunderstorms 
will redevelop across the local waters today, resulting in 
locally hazardous marine conditions.
