.SYNOPSIS...Elongated low pressure extending from the SE Bahamas
to 31N70W will move slowly NNE and beyond 30N through late Wed. 
This pattern will maintain gentle to moderate SE winds locally 
through the end of the week and into the upcoming weekend. 
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will prevail across the 
area through Wed. Moderate E swell will dominate the Atlantic 
waters through the week. Atlantic high pressure will build 
modestly to the NNE of the area Fri through the weekend to 
bring a return of moderate easterly winds.
