.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough W-NW of the area will move slowly 
NNE and beyond 30N through Wed. This pattern will maintain 
gentle to moderate SE winds locally through the end of the week
and into the upcoming weekend. Scattered showers and 
thunderstorms will prevail across the region through Wed. 
Moderate E swell will dominate the Atlantic waters through the 
week. Atlantic high pressure will build modestly to the NNE of 
the area Fri through Sat to maintain moderate easterly winds.
