.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends from 1008 mb low pressure 
near 25.5N71.5W to 31N70W and will move slowly NNE and beyond 
30N Wed. This pattern will maintain gentle to moderate SE winds 
locally through Fri night. Scattered showers and thunderstorms 
will prevail across the region through Wed. Moderate E swell will
dominate the Atlantic waters through the week. Atlantic high 
pressure will build modestly to the N of the area Fri through 
Sat to produce moderate easterly winds.
