.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure 1010 mb near 25N71.5W will move slowly
northward through Tue then exit to the NE Tue night. This pattern
will maintain moderate SE winds through Mon night, before
diminishing, while scattered showers and thunderstorms prevail 
across the area through Wed. Moderate E swell will impact 
Atlantic waters early this week as well. Winds, seas, and 
rainfall coverage will all decrease late this week.
