.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure NW of the area will cause moderate SE 
winds and scattered showers and thunderstorms across the area 
early this week. Moderate E swell will impact Atlantic waters 
early this week as well. Winds, seas, and rainfall coverage will 
all decrease late this week.
