.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic ridge is centered on 1035 mb high
pressure across the NE Atlantic along 27W and extends SW to near
a surface trough along 60W. The trough will weaken and shift NE
today and allow high pressure across the NW Atlantic to build 
modestly across the Atlantic E of 70W through the weekend. This 
will act to freshen the local trade winds. Moderate NE and E 
swell will mix across the regional Atlantic waters Sun through 
Mon night. An inverted trough is expected to develop along 71W 
Sun and drift NE through early next week. Scattered to locally 
numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected near and E of the
trough through Wed.
