.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic ridge is centered on 1037 mb high
pressure across the NE Atlantic along 25W and extends SW to near
a surface trough along 60W. The trough will weaken and shift NE
through Sat and allow high pressure across the NW Atlantic to 
build modestly across the Atlantic W of 60W through the weekend.
This will act to freshen the local trade winds. Moderate NE and 
E swell will mix across the regional Atlantic waters Sun through 
Mon night. An inverted trough is expected to develop along 71W 
Sun and drift NE through early next week. Scattered to locally 
numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected near and E of the
trough through Tue.
