.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic ridge is centered on 1035 mb high
pressure across the NE Atlantic along 28W and extends SW to near
a surface trough along 61W. High pressure to the N of the region  
will strengthen modestly across the area through the weekend, as
the trough shifts E and weakens. This will act to freshen the 
local trade winds. Moderate NE and E swell will move into 
regional Atlantic waters Sun through Mon night.
