.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic ridge is centered on 1035 mb high
pressure across the NE Atlantic along 28W and extends SW to near
25N65W. The ridge will strengthen modestly across the region tonight
through the weekend to freshen the local trade winds. Moderate 
NE swell will move into regional Atlantic waters Mon.
