.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure prevails over the central
Atlantic while 1013 mb low pressure is located near 24N65W. 
The low will drift E and weaken through Sat. This pattern will 
result in light to gentle winds across the area today increasing 
slightly this weekend. Moderate NE swell across the regional 
Atlantic waters will gradually subside Fri through Fri night.
