.SYNOPSIS...High pressure north of the Caribbean will weaken 
over the next couple of days. This will allow for moderate to 
fresh trade winds to diminish to light speeds tonight through 
Tue over the Atlantic and Caribbean waters before increasing to 
moderate Tue night.
