.SYNOPSIS...High pressure north of the Caribbean will weaken 
over the next couple of days. This will allow for moderate to 
fresh E trade winds to diminish to light speeds Fri night through
Tue over the Atlantic and Caribbean waters before increasing to 
moderate Tue night.
