.SYNOPSIS...Fresh winds will continue across the regional waters
through tonight, to the E of a broad inverted trough currently 
extending from central Hispaniola N-NE across the open Atlantic.
The trough will shift westward and weaken through Sun. This 
feature continues to support a large area of showers and 
thunderstorms over the regional waters. Conditions will improve 
Sun night into the middle of next week as the pressure gradient 
across the region weakens.
