.SYNOPSIS...Fresh winds will continue across the regional waters
through Sat night as a broad inverted trough, from 30N62W through
the Mona Passage, shifts westward and weakens through Sun. This 
feature is supporting a large area of showers and thunderstorms 
over the regional waters, and will likely enhance the winds and 
seas across mainly the Atlantic waters through Sat. Conditions 
will improve by the end of the weekend into early next week as 
the pressure gradient across the region weakens.
