.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds will prevail across the 
regional waters through Sat night. A broad inverted trough, with
axis currently between 62W-65W, will shift westward through Sun.
This feature is supporting an increase of showers and 
thunderstorms over the regional waters, and will likely enhance 
the winds and seas across mainly the Atlantic waters through 
Sat. Conditions will improve by the end of the weekend into 
early next week as the pressure gradient across the region 
weakens.
