.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds will prevail across the 
regional waters through Sat night. A broad inverted trough, with
axis currently near 63W, will shift westward through Sun. This 
feature is supporting an increase of showers and thunderstorms 
over the NE Caribbean, and will likely enhance the winds and seas
across the Atlantic waters through Sat. Conditions will improve
early next week as the pressure gradient across the region
weakens.
