.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds will prevail across the 
regional waters through Sat night. A broad inverted trough, with
axis currently near 56W, will shift westward through Fri. This 
feature will likely enhance the winds and seas across the 
Atlantic waters Thu through Fri, and will also bring an increase 
in shower activity.
