.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds will prevail across the 
regional waters through Sat night. A broad inverted trough is 
expected to develop along about 55W tonight and shift westward 
through Fri. This feature will likely enhance the winds and seas 
across the Atlantic waters Thu through Fri, and will also bring
an increase in shower activity.
