.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds will prevail across the 
regional waters through most of the forecast period. A broad 
inverted trough is expected to develop along about 55W tonight 
and shift westward through Fri. This feature will likely enhance 
the winds and seas across the Atlantic waters Wed night through 
Thu. Northeast swell with a period of 7 to 8 seconds will produce
seas of 6-8 ft to great portions of the Atlantic regional waters
Fri evening into Sun.
