.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds across the regional waters 
will diminish to gentle to moderate speeds by the weekend. A 
broad inverted trough is expected to develop along about 55W
tonight and shift westward through Fri. This feature will likely
enhance the winds and seas across the Atlantic waters Wed night 
through Thu. Northeast swell with a period of 7 to 8 seconds will
produce seas of 6-8 ft to great portions of the Atlantic 
regional waters Fri evening into Sun.
