.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds across the regional waters 
will diminish to gentle to moderate speeds late Sat. A broad 
inverted trough is expected to develop along about 55W Wed night 
and shift W through Fri. This feature will likely enhance the
winds and seas across the Atlantic waters Wed night through Thu.
Northeast swell with a period of 7 to 8 seconds will bring seas
of 7-8 ft to great portions of the Atlantic regional waters Fri 
evening into Sun.
