.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to locally fresh winds across the regional 
waters will prevail through Fri as surface ridging will be the
prevalent feature N of the area. Seas to 8 ft in mixed N and E 
swell across the eastern Atlantic regional waters will subside 
tonight. Looking ahead, a broad inverted trough is expected to 
develop along about 55W Wed night and shift W through Fri.
