.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds across the regional waters will 
gradually diminish to moderate to locally fresh speeds this  
afternoon and prevail through mid-week as strong high pressure 
to the NE of Bermuda continues to shift eastward. Seas to 8 ft 
in mixed N and E swell across the Atlantic regional waters will 
subside tonight. Looking ahead, a broad inverted trough is 
expected to develop along about 55W Wed night and shift W 
through Fri.
