.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds across the regional waters will 
gradually diminish to moderate to locally fresh speeds this  
afternoon and prevail through mid-week as strong high pressure 
to the NE of Bermuda continue to shift eastward. Seas to 8 ft 
and in NE swell across the Atlantic regional waters will subside
tonight.
