.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds across the regional waters will 
gradually diminish to moderate to locally fresh speeds Sun 
afternoon and prevail through mid-week as strong high pressure 
just NE of Bermuda shifts eastward. A weakening Atlantic cold 
front will sink S to along 21N today and dissipate tonight. Seas 
will build to around 8 ft this afternoon through Sun night in 
mixed N and E swell.
