.SYNOPSIS...Strong trade winds over the Caribbean waters will
continue through this morning. Fresh trade winds across the 
remainder regional waters will diminish to moderate to locally 
fresh speeds Sun morning and prevail through mid-week. A 
weakening cold front will sink S to along 21N tonight and 
dissipate. Seas will build to around 8 ft this afternoon through
Sun in mixed N and E swell.
