.SYNOPSIS...Trade winds will become strong over the area waters 
tonight through early Sat as strong high pressure offshore of 
Cape Hatteras slides east and tightens the regional pressure 
gradient. Winds will then gradually diminish through Mon. A 
weakening cold front will sink S to along 21N Sat night and 
dissipate. Seas will build to around 8 ft Sat afternoon through 
Sun in mixed N and E swell.
