.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds over the Caribbean waters will 
increase to strong tonight as strong high pressure offshore of
Cape Hatteras slides east and tightens the pressure gradient. 
Over the Atlantic, moderate trades will become fresh this 
evening through Sat evening as a cold front approaches the region
from the north.
