.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds over the Caribbean
waters will increase to fresh after midnight, then become strong
Fri night as the pressure gradient tightens. Over the Atlantic,
moderate trades will become fresh Fri evening through Sat evening
as a cold front approaches the region from the north. Seas in 
the Atlantic waters and Caribbean Passages will build to 7-9 ft 
in N swell at that same time, then begin to subside Sun night 
into early next week. Seas in the Caribbean waters will also 
build to 8 ft Fri night through Sat.
