.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds will prevail across 
the regional waters, locally strong by the end of the week into 
the weekend as the pressure gradient tightens. Seas in the 
Atlantic waters and Caribbean Passages will build to around 8 ft
in N swell at that same time.
