.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds will prevail across the Caribbean
waters through the forecast period. Moderate winds over the 
Atlantic waters will increase to fresh speeds Sat night through 
Mon as central Atlantic high pressure shifts southward. These
winds will then diminish to moderate speeds through Wed and to 
gentle Wed night.
