.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds will prevail across the Caribbean
waters through the forecast period. Moderate winds will prevail 
over the Atlantic waters through today as a cold front well 
north of the area moves a bit closer. Winds there will increase 
to fresh over the weekend after the front dissipates and high 
pressure builds north of the area. Winds are expected to be at 
moderate speeds over the Atlantic waters early next week.
