.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds will prevail across the Caribbean
waters through the forecast period. Winds over the Atlantic
waters will decrease slightly Thu as a cold front well north of 
the area moves a bit closer, thus decreasing the pressure 
gradient. Winds there will increase to fresh over the weekend 
after the front dissipates and high pressures builds north of the
area.
