.SYNOPSIS...A weakening shear line extending across the eastern 
Caribbean Sea from Martinique to near 14N68W will gradually 
dissipate through this evening. Large N swell will persist over 
the Atlantic waters and passages today before subsiding to
moderate by Mon. High pressure north of the area will support 
moderate to fresh NE to E winds near Puerto Rico through mid 
week.
