.SYNOPSIS...A shear line extending across the northeast
Caribbean waters south of Puerto Rico along roughly 16N will 
gradually dissipate Sun. Large N swell will persist over the 
Atlantic waters and passages into Sun, then subside through 
midweek next week. High pressure north of the area will support 
moderate to fresh NE to E winds near Puerto Rico through mid 
week.
