.SYNOPSIS...A cold front across the Caribbean waters just south 
of Puerto Rico and will sink farther southward through tonight. 
Fresh to strong NE to ENE winds are expected at the Atlantic 
waters this morning, and for the Caribbean waters through Sat. 
Large N swell will persist in both waters through Sat, then 
subsiding Sat night. Gradually improving conditions are expected 
late Sat through Mon as fresh trade winds return to the area.
