.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure from the central subtropical 
Atlantic to the NE Caribbean will shift eastward through the 
weekend. A cold front has reached the Caribbean waters just
south of Puerto Rico and will sink farther southward through 
Fri night. Fresh to strong with locally near-gale NE to ENE 
winds are expected offshore Atlantic waters through tonight, and
for the Caribbean waters through SAt. Large N swell will persist
in both waters through Sat, then subsiding Sat night. Gradually 
improving conditions are expected late Sat through Mon as fresh 
trade winds return to the area.
