.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure from the central subtropical 
Atlantic to the NE Caribbean will shift NE through the weekend
as a cold front approaches from the N. The front will continue to 
move across the local Atlantic waters through tonight, and into 
the NE Caribbean waters early Fri. Strong to near gale-force 
northerly winds are expected immediately behind the front this 
afternoon and tonight, possibly gale-force across the far 
offshore Atlantic waters, with large N swell affecting the area 
waters through Sat, then subsiding Sat night. Gradually improving
conditions are expected late Sat through Mon as fresh trade 
winds return to the area.
