.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure prevails just E of the central
Bahamas, as a shearline across the eastern Caribbean along 15N 
dissipates tonight. This should allow moderate to locally fresh 
northerly winds at the southern Puerto Rico waters to become 
gentle by early Sat morning. Large northerly swell across the 
Atlantic waters and Caribbean Passages will gradually subside 
through Mon. Afterward, new moderate northerly swell should 
arrive toward the middle of next week.
