.SYNOPSIS...As the shear line across the eastern Caribbean Sea 
gradually dissipates tonight, this should allow moderate to 
locally fresh northerly winds at the southern Puerto Rico waters
to become gentle by early Sat morning. Residual northerly swell
across the Atlantic waters and near Mona Passage will steadily
decline through Sun. Afterward, a new set of moderate northerly 
swell should arrive toward midweek next week.
