.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front will sink southward across 
the northeastern Caribbean and local Caribbean coastal waters
through Fri followed by moderate to fresh northerly winds. 
Large northerly swell in the wake of the front is expected to 
peak around 10 ft across the Atlantic waters and in the Caribbean
passages tonight before beginning to gradually subside Fri night
through the upcoming weekend. Light winds will prevail Sat
through Mon as a new front moves SE across the western Atlantic
and then gradually dissipates along 23N late Mon.
