.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front will sink southward across 
the northeastern Caribbean and Puerto Rico through early this 
evening followed by moderate to fresh northerly winds. Scattered
showers are along and just ahead of the front. Northerly swell 
in the wake of the front is expected to bring hazardous marine 
conditions to Atlantic waters and passages today and through the
upcoming weekend.
