.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move through Puerto Rico on Thu  
producing moderate to fresh northerly winds and an increase in 
shower activity. Rough seas, in northerly swell, will reach the 
Atlantic waters and passages on Thu and continue into the 
upcoming weekend. This will create hazardous marine conditions.
