.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move through Puerto Rico tonight 
into Thu producing moderate to fresh NW to N winds. Rough seas, 
in northerly swell, will reach the Atlantic waters and passages 
late tonight and continue into the upcoming weekend. This will
create hazardous marine conditions.
